Unfortunately, some maps in Canada were never produced in color, only in black and white.

Note that when you set up the map in Step 2, it may show as full color because we're using an overview map of a different scale. However, the map that shows up when you view the full preview is the map that you will get. In some cases, this means that some or all of the map will be in black and white. That is the case with your map. Since color maps were never produced in these areas, this is the best map that we can produce for portions of Canada.
